  6. 1 pk Graham crackers; powdered

  7. 4 tb Butter

  8. --CHEESECAKE--

  9. 32 oz Cream cheese

  10. 1/8 c Brown sugar

  11. 3/4 c Sugar

  12. 1 1/8 c Sour cream

  13. 1/4 c Flour

  14. 1 ts Vanila

  15. 4 Eggs; large

  16. 1/4 ts Ginger

  17. 1/4 ts Cinnamon

  18. 3 Jalepenos; medium size

  19. --TOPPING--

  20. 1/2 c Sour cream

  21. 1/8 c Sugar

  22. 2 Eggs; large

  23. Combine all crust ingredients; press into the bottom of a 10 inch spring

  24. 10 minutes at

  25. 350f; cool

  26. Beat the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth; add all other

  27. cheese cake ingredients slowly, beating after each addition until smooth;

  28. 1 hour at

  29. Combine all topping ingredients; whip to a froth; pour over cheesecake;

  30. 15 minutes at

  31. Cool slowly; chill before serving

  32. Garnish with whipped topping or fruit as desired.

  33. NOTE:

  34. It is supposed to be a little mushy when done rather than solid

  35. like most cheesecakes, however if you prefer a "normal"

  36. cheesecake raise the temp about 25 degrees and cook a little

  37. longer. The original recipe called for serving warmed (nuked),

  38. I like it chilled with "Union Grill Strawberry Sauce" on top --
