  2. Hash Brown Quiche

  6. 3/4 a 24 oz. pkg. frozen shredded hash brown

  7. potatoes

  8. 3/4 C. shredded hot pepper cheese

  9. 1 C. shredded Gouda cheese

  10. 1 C. shredded Swiss cheese

  11. 1 1/2 C. cooked ham -- diced (1 1/2 to 2)

  12. 2 eggs

  13. 1/2 C. milk or cream

  14. 1/3 C. melted butter

  15. 1/4 Tsp. seasoned salt

  16. Thaw shredded hash brown potatoes. Squeeze excess

  17. moisture between paper towels. Grease quiche dish. Press and shape hash brown potatoes in dish. Brush with melted butter.

  18. 425 degrees for 25 minutes.

  19. Fill quiche dish with layers of diced ham and the 3

  20. different cheeses. Mix eggs, milk and salt; pour over mixture.

  21. 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
