  1. 1 Water chestnuts - drained and 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Onions - chopped

  2. 3/4 cup 109g / 3.8oz Fine dry bread crumbs

  3. 2 teaspoons 10ml Chicken bouillon mix

  4. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Ground chicken

  5. 2/3 cup 157ml Evaporated 2% milk

  6. 1 Garlic - minced

  7. 1/4 cup 59ml Soy sauce

  8. 1 Egg

  1. Recipe Instructions SAUCE: Combine 1/3 cup honey, 1/2 cup ketchup, 2 tbs soy sauce and 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Cook in small saucepan until hot and bubbly. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix lightly to blend. Grease 12 muffin cups and fill with mixture. Press down firmly in each cup. Bake 35-40 minutes in a 350F oven.
