  1. For Cocoa Cinnamon Spice:

  2. 1 cinnamon stick

  3. 3 crushed cocoa beans or 1 tablespoon cocoa nibs

  4. 2 tablespoons loose red bush tea Pinch of cayenne

  5. For Coconut Mango:

  6. 1 tablespoon chopped dried mango

  7. 2 tablespoons toasted coconut

  8. 2 tablespoons loose black tea For Ginger Cardamom:

  9. 1 1-inch piece of ginger root, thinly sliced

  10. 4 green cardamom pods, crushed

  11. 2 tablespoons loose green tea

  1. For each tea blend add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Turn the heat off and transfer to a tea pot to steep for 1 to 2 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
