  2. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Ground beef

  3. 2 1/3 cups 552ml Cold water

  4. 1 Tomato sauce - (8 oz) Sour cream Shredded mild cheddar cheese

  1. Recipe Instructions Prepare chili as directed on package using ground beef, water and tomato sauce. To serve, spoon into individual serving bowls and top with sour cream, cheese and peppers.
