  1. 1 1/2 oz 42g Monterey jack cheese

  2. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Oregano - dried

  3. 6 oz 170g Shrimp - cooked

  4. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Green onion - chopped

  5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Ground red pepper

  6. 1 1/2 oz 42g Low-fat swiss cheese - shredded

  7. 2 oz 56g Pita bread

  1. Recipe Instructions Cut pita in half so that there are two round pieces. Top with swiss cheese, oregano, shrimp, onion, monterey jack and pepper. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
