  1. 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  3. 3/4 cup softened butter

  4. 1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese

  5. 1 cup granulated sugar

  6. 1 cup flaked coconut

  7. 2 eggs

  8. 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  9. 1/4 tsp. salt

  10. 12 Lemon Tea Bags or about 1 oz loose tea

  1. Instructions Mix 1 cup flour with 1/4 cup powdered sugar and 1/2 cup butter until crumbly. Pat into greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. For filling, combine 1 cup granulated sugar, coconut and cream cheese. Blend well. Beat in eggs, 2 Tbsp. of flour, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, salt, contents of 10 Lemon Tea bags and 2 Tbsp. melted butter until mixture is well blended. Spread over crust in pan. Return to oven 15 to 20 min. or until set. For frosting, mix 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 Tbsp. soft butter, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice and the contents of 2 Lemon tea bags until smooth. Spread over the filled crust while still warm. Cool. Cut.
