  1. 1 /2 cup whole wheat flour

  2. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  3. 2 tsp. baking soda

  4. 2 Tbsp. sugar

  5. 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

  6. 1/2 tsp. salt

  7. 1 Tbsp. wheat germ

  8. 1 1/4 cup buttermilk

  9. 1 egg

  10. 1Tbsp. oil

  1. C ombine flours, baking soda, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and wheat germ in large bowl. Mix with fork.

  2. In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, egg and oil. Pour into flour mixture and whisk to combine.

  3. Cook on gridle until bubbles form and break on the pancake's surface and the bottom is browned, then flip.

  4. Makes 10 pancakes.
