  1. 4 (10 inch) flour tortillas

  2. 1 pound smoked sliced turkey

  3. 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce

  4. 1/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  5. 1 ripe avocado , peeled and diced

  6. 1/2 cup thousand island dressing

  1. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add one tortilla and heat, turning frequently, until soft and pliable. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

  2. Divide turkey among tortillas. Toss lettuce, cheese, avocado and thousand island dressing in bowl. Top each tortilla with 2/3 cup lettuce mixture. Roll up.
