  1. - 8 ounces uncooked small pasta shells -

  2. 1 cup crushed Cheddar cheese flavored crackers -

  3. 1/4 cup milk -

  4. 1 egg, beaten -

  5. 1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning blend

  6. Dash hot pepper sauce

  7. Dash Worcestershire sauce -

  8. 2 cans chunk tuna packed inch water, drained and flaked -

  9. 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper -

  10. 4 teaspoons olive oil, divided -

  11. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese -

  12. 1/4 cup Prepared Pesto

  13. salt and black pepper

  1. Directions Cook pasta shells according to package directions, drain. Set aside and keep warm. Combine crackers, milk, egg, seasoning blend, hot pepper sauce and Worcestershire in large bowl. Add tuna and bell pepper; mix well. Divide mixture into 6 balls. Flatten each ball to 1/2 inch thick patty. Cut each patty with 3 inch star shaped cookie cutter. Heat 1 tsp oil in medium skillet over medium high heat. Place 3 starfish in skillet and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned. Turn starfish over. Add 1 tsp oil; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until firm and lightly browned. Repeat with remaining starfish. Set starfish aside; keep warm. Combine cooked pasta, Parmesan cheese and pesto. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Arrange pasta on serving platter and top with starfish.
