  1. 1/2 medium onion, chopped

  2. 3 cloves garlic, minced

  3. 5 artichoke hearts, drained, squeezed, and chopped

  4. 1 small zucchini, chopped

  1. Spray a large saucepan with cooking spray. Cook onion, garlic, artichoke hearts, zucchini, and ground beef over medium-high heat. Pour in red wine. Cook for 1 minute. Stir in spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, sliced olives, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot over cooked spaghetti.
