  1. 1/3 cup Bisquick Original Baking Mix

  2. cup Packed brown sugar

  3. teaspoon Ground cinnamon

  4. 2 tablespoons Firm margarine or butter

  5. 2 cups Bisquick Original Baking Mix

  6. cup Milk or water

  7. 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar

  8. 1 Egg

  1. STREUSEL TOPPING COFFEE CAKE Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease 9" round pan. Mix Streusel Topping ingredients until crumbly; set aside.

  2. Stir coffee Cake ingredients until blended. Spread in pan; sprinkle with Streusel Topping.

  3. Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
