  1. Salt Potatoes

  2. Serves 4. 2 pounds small new potatoes

  3. 1 cup kosher salt

  4. melted butter to taste

  5. Place the potatoes in a medium saucepan. Cover with cold water

  6. and add the salt. Bring the potatoes to a boil and cook for 20 to

  7. 30 minutes until tender. Drain. The salt will form a white film

  8. on the potatoes. Place in a serving dish and drizzle with melted

  9. butter.
