  2. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Grated parmesan cheese

  3. 3/4 cup 177ml Milk

  4. 1 Ground nutmeg - and pepper

  1. Microwave cream cheese, milk and parmesan cheese in 1-quart measure. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 6 to 8 minutes or until sauce is smooth, stirring every 2 minutes. Stir in seasonings. Toss with hot cooked pasta.
