  6. 1 c Whole wheat flour

  7. 1 tb Baking powder

  8. 1/4 ts Salt

  9. 1 1/2 tb Brown sugar

  10. 1 ea Egg

  11. 1 c 100% all-bran cereal

  12. 1/3 c Skim milk

  13. 1/4 c Vegetable oil

  14. 8 oz Can crushed pineapple w juic

  15. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Beat

  16. the egg slightly. Add cereal, milk, and oil to the

  17. egg. Stir to combine. Let stand for 2 min. or until

  18. the cereal has softened. Stir the pineapple, including

  19. the juice, into the mixture. Add flour mixture,

  20. stirring only until combined. Spoon the batter evenly

  21. into a paper-lined muffin tin and bake at 400F for 25 min. Serve warm. Cal:
