  1. 1 cup sour cream

  2. 2 eggs yolks at room temperature

  3. 1 tbsp. fine vodka

  4. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  5. 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, minced

  6. 2 tsp. fresh chives, chopped Fresh cracked black pepper to taste

  7. 1 tbsp. canola oil

  8. 1 pound fresh fettuccini noodles

  9. 2 ounces caviar

  1. Preparation : Procedure: Combine sour cream, with egg yolks, then add the vodka and Parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly. Add the parsley, chives and pepper. Add the oil and pasta to boiling salted water and cook until just tender. Strain and place in a warm bowl. Add the sour cream sauce and caviar and blend very gently. You can top with more Parmesan and or more cracked pepper.
