  1. 1 cup 237ml -- ¥

  2. 6 Apple juice concentrate

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Water

  4. 4 Apples

  5. Sweet and low - if desired

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Cornstarch

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Apple pie spice

  8. 1 Uncooked double pie crust

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients.

  2. Cook until thick.

  3. Slice apples into uncooked pie crust.

  4. Pour mixture over apples.

  5. Cover with top pie crust.

  6. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.

  7. Apples can be sprinkled with one package of Sweet and Low, if desired.

  8. Note: This pie can be made without crust to save calories .

  9. Pour mixture over apples in pie pan.
