  1. 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  6. 3 eggs

  7. 1-1/2 cups milk

  8. 3 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and patted dry

  9. 12 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

  10. 8 medium fresh mushrooms, chopped

  11. 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  12. 1 sheet refrigerated pie pastry

  1. Bacon Broccoli Quiche Recipe photo by Taste of Home In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Whisk in eggs, one at a time. Stir in the milk, broccoli, bacon, mushrooms and cheese.

  2. Line a 9-in. deep-dish pie plate with pastry. Trim pastry to 1/2 in. beyond edge of plate; flute edges. Pour broccoli mixture into crust. Bake at 350° for 55-60 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10-15 minutes before cutting. Yield: 6-8 servings.
