  1. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Loaf:

  2. 2 1/4 teaspoons 11ml Active dry yeast

  3. 2 1/2 cups 156g / 5 1/2oz Bread flour

  4. 3/4 cup 177ml Cracked wheat

  5. 1 1/2 tablespoons 22ml Sugar

  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Salt

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Olive oil

  8. 1 1/4 cups 296ml Water

  1. Since I can't eat anything with pepper in it this is my version of this bread. I must say that it was EXCELLENT - even though I didn't have any wheat germ to add (original recipe calls for wheat germ 3 T (2 T).
