  9. 2 whole jalapeno -- minced and seeded

  10. 1/2 cup red onion -- finely diced

  11. 2 tablespoons ginger -- finely minced

  12. 4 cups cranberries

  13. 2 cups orange juice -- fresh

  14. 2 tablespoons light brown sugar

  15. 1/2 cup honey

  16. 8 ounces dried apricot halves -- julienned

  17. 1 tablespoon curry powder

  19. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the jalapenos,
