  5. 1 c Flaked unsweetened coconut

  6. 1/4 c AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil

  7. 1 Egg or egg replacer

  8. 2/3 c Buttermilk

  9. 1/2 c Unsulphured molasses

  10. -OR- honey 1 ts Pure vanilla

  11. 2/3 full. Bake at

  12. 350 F. for 20-25 minutes.

  13. 24 small or 12 large muffins
