  1. Ingredients :

  2. 1 md Daikon/white Asian radish

  3. 1 lg Carrot,

  4. -peeled and grated.

  5. 1/2 ts Sugar,

  6. -or more to taste.

  7. 3 tb Oil, olive

  8. 2 tb Lemon juice, fresh

  9. Salt,

  10. -to taste.

  1. Method :

  2. Peel the radish & grate. Gently squeeze out most but not all liquid from the radish. Place in a bowl. Add the carrot, 1/2 tspn of sugar, oil, & lemon juice & toss. Season with salt, & cover and refrigerate for at least 30 mins. Mix with the sour cream and serve. This salad is a traditionally seved with pilafs.
