  2. 2 cans Pinto beans

  3. 1 can Garbonzo beans

  4. 1 can Hominy

  5. 1 small Can (4 1/2oz maybe?) tomato

  6. Paste

  7. 1 small Can green chili peppers

  8. Says they often come in

  9. Short tins of a

  10. Couple ounces)

  11. 2 Chopped onions

  12. 2 Chopped zucchini

  13. 1 1/2 tablespoon Chili powder

  14. 1 To 2 tsp cumin

  15. 2 Cloves af garlic

  16. 2/4tsp

  17. Garlic powder)

  18. 1 teaspoon Molasses

  1. Mix it all together in a large pot and cook until done (basically anywhere between "it's all heated through" and "the zucchini are about to fall apart." Enjoy!

  2. Amy didn't mention pre-cooking the onions so I don't know if she does, but it probably wouldn't be a bad idea.
