  4. 1 cup of shredded carrot s

  5. 2 garlic cloves

  6. 1 cup Half & Half Salt Pepper Provolone or Parmesan Rind

  1. In a large saucepan brown the garlic in olive oil, then remove. Add meat and brown thoroughly. Place browned garlic into a press and add to the meat, drain off excess liquid. Add ½ & ½, cook until absorbed. Add paste, crushed tomatoes, parsley, carrots, provolone, as well as salt & pepper to taste. Add a squirt of red wine if you like. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for hours. Make your favorite pasta and enjoy this delectable treat.
