  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Peeled and deveined shrimp

  2. Fresh or frozen 8 oz 227g Medium noodles - cooked and d

  3. 1 cup 237ml Dairy sour cream

  4. 1 Condensed cream of mushroom

  5. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Sliced green onion

  6. With 2" of green tops

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dill weed

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Seasoned salt

  9. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Shredded cheddar cheese

  10. Olives, your choice on type

  1. Thaw shrimp if frozen. Cut shrimp in half lengthwise, if desired.

  2. Combine noodles, sour cream, soup, onions, olives, dill weed, seasoned salt, and half of the cheese; mix well.

  3. Fold in shrimp.

  4. Spoon into shallow 2 quart baking dish.

  5. Cover with aluminum foil, crimping it securely to edges of dish.

  6. Bake in preheated 350F oven for 30 minutes.

  7. Uncover, then sprinkle with remaining cheese.

  8. Return to oven about 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Makes 6 servings.
