  1. 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of shrimp soup, undiluted

  2. 1 cup light cream

  3. 1/2 cup tomato juice

  4. 1/2 cup dry sherry

  5. Dill sprigs

  6. 4 whole shrimp, cooked

  1. Combine soup, cream and tomato juice; mix well.

  2. Bring to boil, stirring. Add sherry; reduce heat and simmer gently 5 minutes. Cool. Chill covered several hours or overnight. Stir well before serving. Garnish each bowl with a dill sprig and a perfect shrimp.
