  1. 1/2 c. vegetable oil

  2. 1/2 c. brown sugar

  3. 1 egg

  4. 1/4 c. milk

  5. 1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour

  6. 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  7. 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

  8. 1/4 tsp. ground cloves

  9. 1/4 tsp. allspice

  10. 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

  11. 1/2 c. raisins

  12. 1/2 c. snipped dried apricots

  13. 1/2 c. chopped dates

  1. Cream together oil and sugar; add egg. Then blend in remaining ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven about 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack and store in tightly closed container.
