  2. 1 jar (14 1/2 oz) sweet peppers & coconut cooking sauce

  3. 1 bag (19 oz) frozen garden vegetable medley (sugar snap peas, roasted potatoes, red peppers and garden herbs)

  1. Mix beef and cooking sauce in a 3-qt or larger slow cooker.

  2. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours until meat is tender.

  3. Add vegetables and cook on low 30 minutes, or until potatoes are soft and snap peas are crisp-tender.
