  1. 2 tablespoons light soy sauce

  2. 1 tablespoon ketjap manis

  3. 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  4. 1/2 teaspoon caster sugar

  5. 2 tablespoons peanut oil

  6. 1 white onion, cut into wedges

  7. 75 g almonds, flaked

  8. 3 cm ginger , cut into thin strips

  9. 150 g oyster mushrooms, halved

  10. 100 g shiitake mushrooms , halved

  11. 200 g snow peas , trimmed

  12. 1/2 Chinese cabbage , chopped into large squares

  1. Combine soy sauce, kecap manis, sesame oil and sugar.

  2. Heat peanut oil in wok over high heat. Add onion and almonds stir-fry 1 minute.

  3. Add ginger, mushrooms and stir fry 2 minutes.

  4. Add snow peas, cabbage and sauce mixture. Stir-fry 2 minutes.

  5. Serve with steamed rice.
