  1. 225 g 225 g 150 g 2 pcs

  3. 250 ml Corn starch and water solution some Marinade

  4. Premium Oyster Sauce & corn starch a little Seasoning Mix

  5. Premium Oyster Sauce

  6. 2-3 tbsp Chicken Bouillon Powder

  7. 1/2 tsp Cooking Wine

  8. 1 tbsp

  1. Mix pork fillet with a little Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce and corn starch.

  2. Cook prawn meat, pork fillet, cuttlefish and vegetables in boiling water until done. Drain.

  3. Saute green onions and ginger in 2 tbsp oil. Discard green onions and ginger. Add Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce, water, chicken powder and bring to the boil. Thicken with corn starch solution. Add prawn meat, pork fillet, cuttlefish and all other ingredients. Sprinkle with wine. Stir well until heated through.
