  1. 200 grams Chinese noodles

  2. cup Oil; (120 ml)

  3. cup Shredded spring onion; (50 g)

  4. cup Shredded cabbage; (50 g)

  5. cup Shredded capsicum; (50 g)

  6. cup Shredded carrot; (50 g)

  7. 1 1/2 cup Boneless chicken; boiled and shredded

  8. 10 millilitres Soya sauce

  9. 25 millilitres Honey

  10. Salt to taste

  11. 4 Green chillies; chopped fine

  12. 200 grams Noodles; fried

  1. To prepare the nest: BOIL and drain the noodles. Take two cups (bowls) with porous holes. Put the noodles in-between the two cups evenly. Press and dip it in the hot oil. Fry till the noodles turn golden brown. Remove from oil and gently tap the noodles out of the cup. Keep the cup shaped nests aside.

  2. Heat the oil in a pan or wok. Add spring onion, cabbage, capsicum and carrot. Saute well. Add the shredded chicken and saute till done. Season with soya sauce, honey, salt and chopped green chillies.

  3. Put the fried noodles in the nest and place on a hot sizzler tawa along with the sauteed chicken and stir-fried baby corn and spring onions. Serve hot.
