  1. 2 Egg whites

  2. 1/2c Maple Syrup

  3. 3/4c Sugar

  4. 1/4ts Cream of tartar

  5. 1/4ts Salt

  6. 1 ts Vanilla

  1. + Directions : Combine all ingredients but vanilla in top of double boiler. Cook over boiling water, blending constantly with egg beater until mixture stands in peaks. Add vanilla and continue beating until thick enough to spread.
