  2. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  3. 1 teaspoon brown sugar

  4. 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  5. 1 teaspoon onion powder

  1. Preparation : Mix rub ingredients and store in an air-tight container. Give meat a good rub and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. Grill over hot coals/gas. Let the grill get really hot before putting the steak on, and fer gawd's sake, do it no more than medium rare
