  1. 1 - German Chocolate Cake Mix

  2. 3/4 cup melted butter

  3. 6 oz of Chocolate chips

  4. 1/2 cup pecan s - chopped

  5. cup Milnot (small can)

  6. Package of Kraft caramel s

  1. Mix together:

  2. Cake mix, butter, nuts , chips, ⅓ cup milnot. Put half of mixture in bottom of 9” x 13” pan that has been buttered. Bake for 6 minutes at 350 degrees.

  3. In sauce pan: Melt caramels (unwrap them) with ⅓ cup milnot.

  4. After 6 minutes take the pan from the oven and pour the caramel mixture over the chocolate. Take the rest of the chocolate mixture and spread over the top. If stiff use your finger to flatten it out and laying it on top of the caramel.

  5. Bake for 16-18 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and refrigerate.
