  2. Ham, Egg and Cheese Casserole

  6. 5 cups plain bread cubes or crouton

  7. 1 pound ham -- chopped*

  8. 2 cups cheddar cheese -- cubed small*

  9. 4 cups milk **

  10. 1/4 teaspoon pepper**

  11. 6 eggs**

  12. 1/3 cup corn oil**

  13. 1 teaspoon salt**

  14. 1 teaspoon dry mustard**

  15. 1/3 C flour**

  16. Place these in the bottom of a greased 9 X 13 pan.

  17. ** Pour this mixture over crouton mixture and refrigerate overnight. Bake at

  18. 300 for 1 1/2 hours.

  19. 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Cut into squares. Serves
