  1. 1 pkg. (16 oz.) hot roll mix

  2. 1 env. GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix

  3. 1-1/4 cups hot water (120 F to 130 F)

  4. 3 Tbsp. oil , divided

  5. 1-1/2 cups DI GIORNO Shredded Parmesan Cheese

  6. 2 plum tomatoes , sliced

  7. 2 Tbsp. fresh basil , chopped fresh

  1. MIX roll mix, yeast packet and dressing mix. Add hot water and 2 Tbsp. of the oil. Stir until soft dough forms and dough pulls away from side of bowl.

  2. PLACE dough on lightly floured surface; knead 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Shape dough into 2 (10-inch) rounds. Cover with plastic wrap or towel. Let rise in warm place 15 minutes.

  3. PLACE dough rounds on greased grill over medium-low coals. Grill 4 minutes; turn. Brush with remaining 1 Tbsp. oil. Top with cheese, tomatoes and basil. Grill an additional 4 minutes or until bottom crust is golden brown.
