  1. Balsamic Chicken Breasts

  2. Yields 4 servings

  3. 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  4. 3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate

  5. 1 teaspoon grated orange peel

  6. 1/2 teaspoon tarragon

  7. Dash of ground black pepper

  8. 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts

  9. In medium bowl, combine first 5 ingredients; mix well. Add chicken

  10. breasts, coating well with mixture, cover, and refrigerate for 3

  11. to 12 hours, turning chicken frequently.

  12. Grill on outdoor grill or under broiler for 5 minutes. Turn chicken

  13. 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is no

  14. longer pink inside. Garnish with grilled orange slices, if desired.
