  2. 1 Green onion - chopped

  3. 1 Fresh jalapeño - stemmed, chopped

  4. 1/4 cup 4g / 0.1oz Cilantro - chopped

  5. 1 1/2 cups 93g / 3 1/3oz Diced tomatoes - (2 to 3 med)

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Seasoning salt - or to taste

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Italian dressing

  8. Shrimp Fajitas

  9. 2 Garlic cloves - finely chopped

  10. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Butter

  11. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Fresh jumbo shrimp - peeled

  12. 1/4 cup 59ml Dry white wine

  13. 2 cups 474ml Pico de gallo

  14. 1/2 tablespoon 7 1/2ml Seasoning salt - or to taste

  1. Pico de Gallo: Combine onion, cilantro, jalapeno, and tomatoes. Mix together thoroughly. Add salt to taste. Add Italian dressing. Set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, saute garlic with butter until just lightly browned. Add shrimp and saute until pink. Add white wine and let simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. Add pico de gallo and seasoning salt to taste.

  3. Serve with rice, guacamole, refried beans, and tortillas.
