  2. 1 1/2c Buttermilk or yogurt

  3. 1 md Clove garlic crushed

  4. 1/2c Lemon juice

  5. 1/4c Finely minced scallions

  6. 1/4c Finely minced parsley

  7. 1/2ts Ground cumin (more to Taste) Dash or two of tamari (mild Soy sauce) Salt to taste Dash or two of cayenne and Paprika
