  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sesame seeds

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Vegetable oil

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Garlic powder

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Ground ginger

  8. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Boneless chicken breast - halves, skinned

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine first 7 ingredients in a shallow dish and mix well. Add the chicken, turning to coat; marinate, covered, in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Prepare the grill. Remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade. Grill 4 to 5 inches from medium-hot coals, turning and basting frequently with marinade, about 15 minutes total.
