  1. 3 1/2 lbs 1589g / 56oz Boned and skinned chicken breast halves

  2. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Garlic powder

  3. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Oregano

  4. 1/2 cup 118ml Olive oil

  5. 8 oz 227g Onion - chopped

  6. 2 teaspoons 10ml Seasoned salt

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Whipped margarine

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Coarsely ground pepper

  9. 6 Tomato wedges

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine garlic powder, oregano, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped onion, seasoned salt and salt. Mix thoroughly and pour over chicken breasts. Marinate over night. Melt whipped margarine in frying pan. Add chicken and saute until tenderly done and evenly browned. Garnish with coarsely ground black pepper and tomato wedges.
