  2. 1 kg chicken

  3. 200 ml yoghurt

  4. 150 gm tomato puree

  5. 500 gm onions-made into brown onion paste

  6. 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste

  7. 1 tbsp of turmeric powder

  8. 2 tsp of red chilli powder or to taste

  9. 1 tbsp of salt or to taste

  10. 150 g clarified butter (2/3 cup approx.)

  11. 1 tsp of garam masala


  13. Add yoghurt, tomato puree, brown onion paste, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and clarified butter to the pan. Mix it well. Now place the pan on fire and cook the masala till the oil separates.Then add chicken and garam masala, mix well and cook till the chicken is done.Chicken Curry is ready to eat. Serve hot with tandoori roti or rice.
