  1. 1 cup Diced carrots

  2. 1/2 cup Diced onions

  3. 1 Stalk celery chopped

  4. 1 Clove garlic chopped

  5. 1 tablespoon Flour

  6. 2 cups Stewed tomatoes

  7. 1/2 cup Tomato puree

  8. 3 Beef bouillon cubes

  9. 1 quart Plus 1 C water

  10. 1 cup Cleaned and cut up fresh string beans

  11. 1 tablespoon Barley

  12. 1 pinch Dried basil

  13. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  1. In a 6 qt. pressure cooker sprayed with Pam, saute the carrots, onions and celery till limp. Dust with the flour. Add all remaining ingredients and cook under high pressure for 5 minutes.
