  1. 5 oz 142g Red kidney beans - (dried)

  2. 2 Garlic

  3. 1 Jalapeno pepper - cored and seeded

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Water

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Corn oil

  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Cider vinegar

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Paprika

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Fresh ground pepper

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Chili powder

  10. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  11. 1 Tabasco sauce

  1. Cover the beans with cold water and soak overnight Drain beans; place them in a saucepan, and cover with cold water.

  2. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer about 45 minutes or until beans are tender.

  3. Drain and cool completely.

  4. Mix all ingredients in blender or food processor.
