  1. 1 lb chicken breast (boanless, skinless)- cut into small cubes

  2. 1 Tbsp starch mixed in a little bit of water

  3. 1 green bell pepper (you may use red and yellow bell peppers to give more colour)- cut into chunky pieces

  4. 1 red onion - cut into chunks

  5. 7-8 mushroom - sliced

  6. 4 garlick cloves

  7. 1 ginger

  8. 4-5 hot green chillies

  9. handful of fresh corriander

  1. Stir fry chicken (2-3 min.) in little bit of oil. Set aside.

  2. Stir fry vegies, onion, mushroom and set aside.

  3. Grind garlic, ginger, chillies and fresh corriender to paste.

  4. Fry paste in little bit oil. Add chicken and vegitables, onions, mushroom to it. Stir for a minute.

  5. Add starch to it. Cook for a minute. Do not over cook. Add salt to taste.

  6. Serve hot on bed of rice.
