  1. 4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts

  2. 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears

  3. 1 can cream of chicken soup

  4. 1/2 c. mayonnaise

  5. 1/4 tsp. curry powder

  6. 1 tsp. lemon juice

  7. Sliced almonds

  1. Bake chicken breasts in covered dish for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Partially cook broccoli according to package directions and drain. Arrange partially cooked broccoli in bottom of 10×10 inch (or equivalent) baking dish.

  2. Place cooked chicken breasts on top of broccoli. Stir together in small mixing bowl cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, curry powder, and lemon juice and spoon over chicken. Sprinkle with sliced almonds. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with rice or noodles.
