  1. 1 small onion , peeled and quartered

  2. 8 ounces softened cream cheese

  3. 1 can salmon , skinned and boned

  4. 2 -3 tablespoons lemon juice

  5. 1 tablespoon horseradish

  6. 2 teaspoons dill (seeds if possible)

  7. 1/4 cup parsley

  8. 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke

  9. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce , dash of tobasco also

  10. salt and pepper

  1. Mince onion in food processor.

  2. Add remaining ingredients.

  3. Blend with off/on turns then let run until smooth.

  4. Refrigerate overnight.

  5. Good with raw vegetables, crackers or Melba toast.

  6. Can also shape and cover with parsley or chopped nuts.
