  1. 1 red onion , chopped

  2. 4 jalapeno peppers, chopped, seeds removed

  3. 1 orange bell pepper

  4. 1 yellow pepper

  5. 1 red pepper

  6. 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms

  7. 1 1/3 lbs ground turkey

  8. 1 1/3 lbs ground beef

  9. 2 cups red wine

  10. 2 (29 ounce) cans diced tomatoes

  11. 14 1/2 ounces tomato paste

  12. 14 1/2 ounces sweet corn

  13. 14 1/2 ounces carrots , sliced (i used a can)

  14. 14 1/2 ounces pinto beans

  15. 14 1/2 ounces red kidney beans

  16. 14 1/2 ounces black beans

  17. 14 1/2 ounces beans, soy

  18. 2 -3 tablespoons stone ground mustard

  19. 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  20. 1/3 cup romano cheese

  21. 1/3 cup parmesan cheese

  22. 3 -5 tablespoons hot sauce, habenero

  23. chili powder

  24. cajun seasoning

  25. black pepper

  26. nutmeg

  1. saute peppers onions and mushrooms.

  2. once vegetables get sauce add red wine and let simmer a few minutes.

  3. brown meat in frying pan, breaking it up into small pieces.

  4. add meat to vegetables.

  5. add diced tomatos and tomato paste.

  6. add to pot the corn, carrots, beans and beans.

  7. season to taste.

  8. let simmer on medium low for 20+ minutes, stirring occasionally.
