  3. 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  4. 1 teaspoon paprika

  5. 1 teaspoon chili powder

  6. 1 teaspoon curry powder

  7. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  8. 8 chicken thighs

  1. In a larger resealable plastic bag combine first seven ingredients. Add chicken a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat. Place chicken on baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 20 minutes. Turn chicken pieces; bake 15-20 minutes longer or until juices run clear.
