  1. 1 package Primio Sweet Basil Sausage Olive oil -

  2. 3 garlic cloves , chopped Dried basil -

  3. 2 or 3 fresh ripe tomatoes -

  4. 1 package penne pasta -

  5. 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed -

  6. 2 cups chicken stock Salt and pepper to taste Grated Romano cheese

  1. Bring large pot of water to boil for penne; cook and drain. At the same time, in a non-stick saute pan, brown the sausage on both sides; then remove and cut into portions. Continue to cook sausage, add garlic, large pinch of dried basil, and 1/4 cup olive oil. When garlic is translucent (1-2 minutes) add chicken stock. Bring to a boil. Add spinach and let simmer until pasta is done. Add sauce to pasta and stir. Serve with fresh, chopped tomatoes, and Romano cheese.
